Live performance of Poe classic airs on WHSN

Here’s a picture from WHSN(FM)’s live production of Edgar Allan Poe’s “The Murders in the Rue Morgue” on Oct. 30, from the stage of Husson University’s Gracie Theatre in Bangor, Maine. The pre-Halloween event has become an annual tradition for the school, its New England School of Communications and its radio station. In the foreground is a student running an Avid Profile console; in the background are the performers on stage. The signal was relayed via a Comrex Access codec to WHSN for transmission. The production was overseen by Associate Professor Walter Clissen. See an interview with him here. Photo courtesy of Larry Ayotte and New England School of Communications at Husson University.
