Scott Studios Begins Customer Service Initiative, Hires Certified VP

Scott Studios says it is implementing a customer service initiative with the hiring of Daryl Webster as vice president of customer support for the company’s SS32, SS Flex, Maestro and Protégé digital studio lines.
Webster, a 22-year radio veteran, recently held similar supervisory positions for five years at Prophet Systems in Ogallala, Neb., and holds certification by the International Customer Service Association. Additionally, he has three years of customer service experience with RCS in White Plains, N.Y., and 10 years of serving as announcer and PD for stations in Seattle and Anchorage.
Scott Studios also added features and upgrades to its Maestro digital software system, including increased access speeds, expanded music displays and dayparting, as well as WAVE and MP3 capabilities.
The Maestro support team was enhanced, as well, with the inclusion of 18-year Computer Concepts veteran Garlen Engler as customer support technician and quality assurance manager. Garlen has written software and managed computer-consulting companies in Kansas and Colorado. Linda Peckham joined the Maestro software development team. She has several years experience at Computer Concepts and Scott Studios, and in software consultation and debugging.
