The Antitrust Subcommittee of the Senate Judiciary Committee has slated a hearing on March 20 titled: “The XM-Sirius Merger: Monopoly or Competition from New Technologies.”
Sen. Herb Kohl, D-Wis., will chair the meeting; a witness list was not available at press time.
