Senate Clears FCC Nominations

The Senate Friday approved several administration nominations, including Michael Powell as FCC Chairman, and Kathleen Abernathy, Michael Copps and Kevin Martin as commissioners. Expect a private swearing-in soon, followed by a public ceremony.
