Sennheiser Electronic will reorganize and expand its headquarters and production plant in Wedemark, Germany.
The company said the move is the result of growth and will allow it to better coordinate corporate functions. The first step is a new factory building that will take over production from the Burgdorf plant, which will be closed without loss of jobs, the company said. The move is expected to be completed by the beginning of 2009.
Sennheiser was founded at Wedemark in 1945.
