Several groups disagreed with various aspects of the FCC’s latest LPFM decision.

Now, oppositions to those various Petitions for Reconsideration are due to the commission (Docket 99-25) by March 21 and replies by April 1.

Petitions for Reconsideration were filed by five groups: Michael Couzens and Alan Korn, Prometheus Radio Project, LET CITIES IN!!, REC Networks and LifeTalk Radio. Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth summarizes those petitions.

A Federal Register notice out today set the comment deadlines.
