At the IBC show in September, AEQ will highlight its recently introduced Forum IP Plus digital audio console.

The manufacturer says Forum IP Plus builds on the Forum platform and combines an intuitive user experience with a modular architecture that adapts to installations of any size.

The 3 RU engine supports up to six four-fader modules, allowing configurations of up to 24 motorized faders and management of as many as 180 audio channels while maintaining a compact footprint.

“Designed around AoIP technology, Forum IP Plus integrates seamlessly into modern broadcast infrastructures through Dante/AES67 networking, with optional MADI connectivity for facilities requiring additional multichannel interfaces,” AEQ says.

The console incorporates up to 32 mono sum busses, 10 configurable N-1 busses, comprehensive routing capabilities and extensive GPIO integration for automation and external equipment control.

It provides direct access to essential functions while placing advanced configuration tools on a high-resolution 7-inch multitouch display.

“Channel processing, routing, EQ, dynamics and monitoring can be managed quickly and intuitively, while configurable memories allow operators to instantly recall complete console setups for different programs or production formats.”

Forum IP Plus offers a Virtual Forum option that extends the control surface to a Windows PC or tablet for remote or parallel operation.
