Sirius Distributes ‘Manifesto’

Sirius is distributing a document it’s calling a “Manifesto” this weekend to industry executives first and then handed to people outside the Grammy’s this weekend and “other high profile areas in NYC.” The multi-page document pumps up satellite radio and details what the company believes is wrong with terrestrial radio. Interesting, considering both NPR and PRI programming are carried on Sirius. The satcaster calls the ideas in the document “somewhat controversial and very thought provoking.”
