Sirius signed a deal to air coverage of the Celtic Football Club.

The soccer team, founded in 1888, plays in the Scottish Premier League; the team has won league titles the past two years. A team official said the club has support in the United States "as evidenced by the number of fans who attended our recent matches against the MLS All Stars and Chicago Fire."

Sirius already airs the Champions League, English Premier League and Chelsea FC.

Coverage starts Sunday with Celtic vs. Kilmarnock. The games air on Channel 126. Sirius called Celtic "one of the most successful franchises in sports."
