Sirius, Kenwood and Powerboat Maker Team Up

Sirius Satellite Radio and powerboat manufacturer Thunderbird Products, said Sirius-ready Kenwood radios will be installed in new Formula boats as standard equipment. Sirius and Kenwood will also sponsor Formula Racing’s National 2002 season.
“We are excited to be the first powerboat manufacturer to offer satellite radio-compatible stereo equipment as standard in all of our watercraft,” said Scott Smith, Marketing Manager, Thunderbird Products. “Now all of our customers will be able to greatly enhance their boating experience with music, news and entertainment programming from Sirius Satellite Radio.”
