Satellite radio broadcaster Sirius plans to issue $125 million in convertible senior notes to help finance corporate operations.
The companies slated to underwrite the venture are Morgan Stanley and UBS Warburg. Sirius also plans to grant an over-allotment option to the underwriters of another $18.75 million in debt. The debt will be covered by the company’s universal shelf registration statement.
