Sirius to Add Variety News Bureau

Sirius Satellite and trade publication Variety say they will launch a radio news bureau that provides entertainment news and industry gossip to Sirius’ audience.
Variety Radio News will broadcast regular reports on Sirius Channel 150 and will be based out of Variety’s Los Angeles offices.
“There is clearly an appetite for news from the world of media and entertainment that is both timely and credible,” said Peter Bart, Variety editor-in-chief.
Variety Radio News debuts this fall.
