Sirius Satellite Radio will air The Word Network, the national satellite and cable television network of urban ministries and gospel music, on its service.
The Word Network, channel #158 on Sirius, will feature urban ministries, gospel music and special events. Programming will include leading national and regional ministers, such as Creflo Dollar, Dr. Charles Stanley, Charles H. Ellis, Bishop Paul Morton, Jesse Jackson and Floyd Flakes. It will also include contemporary and traditional gospel music.
“The Word Network on Sirius will offer topics and relevant programming that has far reaching and wide-ranging appeal for the African American community,” said Sirius President/CEO Joseph Clayton.
