Sirius announced an offering of 73,170,732 shares of common stock. The offering is underwritten by UBS Securities LLC and expected to close on Monday, Nov. 24. SIRIUS intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, including investments in programming and retail and automotive distribution.
