Sirius Satellite Radio plans to send its 3rd satellite into orbit next week – Nov. 30 – and begin offering its 100 channels of pay radio in January. The other company developing satellite-delivered, digital audio broadcasting, XM Satellite Radio, plans to launch its 1st satellite late next month.
