SiteShell Transfers Business

The business and assets of SiteShell Corp. have been transferred to Cavalry Finance Corp., a company owned by several of its stockholders including top management.
“The transfer was made in satisfaction of indebtedness owed by SiteShell to Cavalry and followed an uneventful physical transfer of possession of the assets and operations that was completed before Thanksgiving,” the company stated.
Cavalry gets rights to the SiteShell name and service marks. It is operating the BlueDot WebSite NetWork, which the company has promoted to broadcasters in the past.
A spokesman for Cavalry said it hopes to determine a course of action for SiteShell’s business within the next week.
