Skynet Hawaii will sell an AM and two FMs in Hawaii for $2.1 million. The buyer is Mahalo Broadcasting.

The stations are KIPA(AM) at 620 kHz in Hilo, KBGX(FM) at 105.3 MHz in Keaau and KKOA(FM) at 107.7 in Volcano, Hawaii.

Tom Troland is managing director of the seller. George W. Kimble and James Walker are managing members of the buyer. Jim Hoffman of Explorer Communications represented the seller, Kozacko Media Services represented Mahalo.
