Arbitron has confirmed it has hired Ken Carpenter Sleeman as a broadcast engineer in its Encoding Operations Department.
Personnel in this department are responsible for helping stations with the technical aspects of the Portable People Meter encoders.
Sleeman, who is based in Rockville, Md., starts Dec. 1.
