A new development of Audemat Scripteasy V2 software gives users SNMP GET/SET command capabilities.
The addition makes it possible to monitor and control by means of TCP/IP virtually any broadcast equipment that uses the SNMP protocol, transmitters included.
The GET and SET commands appear via new icons added to the Graphic Script Designer module. They behave as virtual digital inputs and relay outputs.
It is possible to connect them with other inputs and outputs for automatic actions or the sending of alarms. They send queries and get answers for comparison with normal operating conditions or set values in the connected equipment.
Audemat, headquartered in Bordeaux-Merignac, France, is adding Scripteasy V2 as standard software for about 10 of its products.
