Spanish Adds to CCC Suit

Spanish Broadcasting, Inc. has amended its lawsuit against Clear Channel Communications to seek $1.5 billion in damages. One of the additions to the suit, originally filed in June, alleges that Clear Channel employees defaced Spanish Broadcasting’s KPTI(FM), Oakland, Calif. The original suit made antitrust allegations against Clear Channel and Hispanic Broadcasting Corp. that Clear Channel called frivolous.
