Mark Follett’s Starboard Broadcasting is buying three Michigan stations. It picks up FM stations WDBC and WYKX in Escanda from James Cooke’s KMB Broadcasting. It also is buying WADW(FM) in Sault Ste. Marie from Seaway Broadcasting. Value of the deals, brokered by Blackburn & Co.: $1.7 million.
