Stewart Named VP of Broadcasting Legal Affairs

ABC Inc. attorney Jane Stewart has been named vice president of broadcasting legal and business affairs for the company. Her promotion is effective immediately. Stewart reports to T. Scott Fain, senior vice president and deputy general counsel of media networks.
Prior to ABC, Ms. Stewart held associate positions with several law firms. In her new position, she will oversee legal and business affairs for the ABC-owned television and radio stations, ABC Radio Networks, ABC Sports and Broadcast Operations and Engineering. She also will handle contractual issues for ABC News.
