The event in Farmington, Conn., includes a discussion of HD Radio/IBOC with Pizzi and Lynn Claudy of the NAB; a panel session about issues including the Amber Plan and EAS; an update on the PPM from Arbitron’s Laura Kutscher; and a discussion of ENG safety by engineer Mark Bell.
