The FCC’s Roy Stewart, Radio World columnist Skip Pizzi and Cox Radio’s Dick Ferguson will speak at the annual convention organized by the Connecticut Broadcasters Association on Oct. 17. The event in Farmington, Conn., includes a discussion of HD Radio/IBOC with Pizzi and Lynn Claudy of the NAB; a panel session about issues including the Amber Plan and EAS; an update on the PPM from Arbitron’s Laura Kutscher; and a discussion of ENG safety by engineer Mark Bell.
