Streamers May Get A Break

The Chariman of the House Judiciary Committee, Rep. James Sensenbrenner, Jr., R-Wis., has introduced legislation to delay the CARP payments owed by the Internet radio companies for a 6 month period. Committee sources said they hope to get H.R. 5469 to the floor for a vote as early as next week.
