More than 60 international delegations expected at this year’s event

Egypt, Vietnam, Peru, Ghana and Poland just a few of the countries to be represented at the 2012 NAB Show this year.

Show organizers announced that they expect about 60 international delegations to attend the gathering in April, including those joining for the first time from Latvia, Chad, Pakistan and Nepal.

In addition to a strong presence of international attendees, NAB said, about 400 international companies will be exhibiting. Many of these firms will be featured in seven international pavilions, including the U.S. Export Pavilion, Bavarian Pavilion, Belgian Pavilion, Brazil Pavilion, French Pavilion, Korea Trace-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) Pavilion, Korea Broadcasting Technology Association (KBTA) Pavilion and the UK Pavilion c/o Tradefair.

The NAB Show has an internationally-focused session, IABM Broadcast Industry Update. It also features an International Trade Center (ITC), offering onsite services for international guests including Commercial Trade Specialists and multilingual staff in Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese and Korean.
