The head of Susquehanna’s radio division is being promoted to lead the entire media company.
Peter Brubaker is retiring as president and chief executive officer of Susquehanna Media, after 27 years with the company. His retirement is effective Feb. 11.
From 1980 until 1994, Brubaker served as vice president/finance and chief financial officer of parent company Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff Co. He has been President and CEO of Susquehanna Media Co. for the last ten years, a period in which the company saw its sales double, the company stated in a press release.
Susquehanna Radio Corp. President and COO, David Kennedy, will assume the office of President and CEO of Susquehanna Media Co. which is made up of three units: radio, cable and on-line applications development. Kennedy has been involved in Susquehanna Radio operations for 31 years and has held the position of president/COO for the last 10 years.
Nancy Vaeth-DuBroff, a senior vice president and regional manager for Susquehanna Radio in Houston succeeds Kennedy to head the radio division as president/COO. Vaeth-DuBroff is a 24-year Susquehanna veteran.
