RCS released version 3.5 of its GSelector music scheduling program. New features include the ability to add notes to any song or link attribute.

RCS released version 3.5 of its GSelector music scheduling program. New features include notes and scripts that can be associated with any song, any link or with any song or link attribute, allowing users to have producer, theme and category notes in addition to song, link and artist notes.

Additionally, GSelector notes are scheduled, placed in the log next to those elements containing the attributes with which the notes are associated. Notes can be added to or deleted from schedule positions in the Editor, and they are supported in schedule output functions such as Reports and Export.

Other highlights include: merge browse lists; interface with Selector XV; an optional adjustment mechanism that gradually increases an attribute’s spread score when an element is overdue to play; and dynamics statistics in Browse and Editor. Calculations update immediately as a browse is filtered or a schedule is edited to show the resulting change in statistics.
