Hearkening back to the days of telegraph and wire reporting in early radio sports coverage, soccer broadcast specialist talkSport is taking its international broadcast talkSport Live to another level: Twitter.
Starting Oct. 20, the network will make play-by-play coverage of Barclay’s Premier League games available through its audio player embedded in an enhanced Twitter profile page, to fans outside the European Economic Area; it will also be available in Spanish and Mandarin.Users can then retweet the highlights.
A release notes that talkSports’ Twitter page is optimized for mobile devices.
