The commission fined two pirates $10,000 each. Jason Green of Naples, Fla. and Gary Feldman of Miami were cited for unauthorized operation of a radio station on 91.9 MHz in the Tampa area. Neither man answered the original Notice of Apparent Liability from the agency, so the agency reaffirmed the penalty. Green and Feldman have 30 days to pay.
