Italian transmission technology firm Teko Telecom has announced that it is now part of the MetaSystem group.
MetaSystem, headquartered in Reggio Emilia, Italy, is active in the broadcasting, telematics, energy/UPS and automotive sectors.
A Teko Telecom press statement said that better implementation of new technologies will be possible thanks to the use of group synergies.
In addition, it said, the move will strengthen the manufacturing and R&D capacities of Bologna-based Teko and will contribute to the optimization process of the development of new products to meet market demand.
Teko Telecom head office and its technical and sales staff remain unchanged.
