TerraSonda Makes Testing Portable

Radio engineers who want to take bench test equipment on the road can try out TerraSonde’s new Digital Audio Toolbox, making a debut at NAB2003.
The Toolbox can measure stereo digital audio signals and generate a low-noise digital signal, both at 24-bit/96k resolution. It has two digital inputs, a digital output, an analog output, a word clock in and a serial port. It supports AES/EBU, S/PDIF, toslink and ADAT at depths of 24 bits and sample rates to 96 kHz. The equipment can check lock between two digital streams, provide an analog output for monitoring and perform other functions.
