Tieline will showcase a range of new features in the ViA outside broadcast codec at Broadcast Asia 2017.
According to the company, the new ViA codec firmware upgrade includes a comprehensive configurable mixer with simple touchscreen routing controls for all inputs and outputs; a graphic equalizer for adjustments to input audio; and input compression settings on each input.
The mixer supports saving and recalling matrix profiles for remotes with different routing requirements.
In addition, Tieline will be highlighting new features for Genie, Merlin and Bridge-IT; a new HTML5 Program Wizard for its Genie, Merlin and Bridge-IT codecs; and a new Program Scheduler for Merlin, Merlin PLUS, Genie STL, Genie Distribution and ViA codecs; as well as other enhancements to its product line.
Tieline will exhibit its products on the Wheatstone booth (4P1-05) during the show, which takes place in Singapore from May 23–25.
