Todd Wallace Steps Up With Infinity Oldies

Infinity Broadcasting named Todd Wallace as VP of oldies programming.
He has served as operations manager for Infinity’s three Phoenix stations since April, and will retain his responsibilities at KOOL(FM), where he also serves as program director; KZON(FM) and KMLE(FM).
He’ll work with the PDs of Infinity’s 16 oldies stations on program development, strategy and the creation of format-specific promotions and events.
He is described by the company as a pioneer of modern programming theory for developing “callout” music research and introducing concepts like the “P1” level of preferential listening and “phantom” cume.
