Total Traffic & Weather Network Names Two SVPs

Promotes Roger Nadel and Jack Dunkle to new roles

Total Traffic & Weather Network has upped Roger Nadel to senior vice president of affiliate operations and promoted Jack Dunkle to senior vice president of affiliate sales. Both will report to Premiere President Networks Julie Talbott.

Nadel is the former VP of affiliate sales and compliance. He will now manage the business relationships between TTWN and its radio affiliates, emphasizing sponsorships. Nadel joined Metro Traffic in 2008 as VP of affiliate sales; the company was later was acquired by TTWN. In 2014, Nadel took charge of TTWN compliance and affiliate administration, a 10-person team that handles the barter relationships with all affiliates. Prior to that, he was employed by CBS Radio, 13 years at KNX Newsradio in Los Angeles and also spent time in Detroit, working his way up from the newsroom to VP and general manager. He went on to work as editor of management, marketing and sales content at “Radio & Records.” Nadel then was selected as VP and general manager of Sporting News Radio’s KMPC(AM) in Los Angeles.

Jack Dunkle

Dunkle, who will manage TTWN’s radio, television and digital product sales and distribution, is the former VP of affiliate sales. He began his radio career in western Pennsylvania, and went on to work as a TV and radio reporter for Metro Networks, for which he went on to manage operations in Pennsylvania and Detroit. Westwood One New York then tapped Dunkle as VP of operations and programming managing affiliate relations, as well as the company’s largest newsgathering and reporting operation. He then became VP of affiliate sales for Westwood One, and was promoted to SVP of affiliate sales.

TTWN operates a traffic data gathering network and provides services to nearly 2,000 radio and 200 television affiliates plus automotive, navigation, internet, mobile and government partners.
