Transmitter Remote Control Is Focus of Clear Channel Deal With Audemat-Aztec, Sealevel

Audemat-Aztec said it signed a contract with Clear Channel for delivery of 400 licenses of its IP2Choice V2 software. The rollout starts early next year.
The software and firmware package will be embedded and will operate in hardware manufactured by Sealevel Systems Inc. to specifications from Clear Channel.
“This transmitter Remote Control Unit will include all the features of the existing IP2Choice V2 and will integrate some specific requirements from the Clear Channel engineering team working on that project,” Audemat-Aztec stated.
The package will be available for both the IP2Choice or the Sealevel Platforms. Clear Channel Radio’s Steve Davis was quoted by the supplier saying the solution enable stations to create scripts for automatic multi-mode failover protection and provide a level of standardization.
