Trissel Joins RAB’s Membership Group

New SVP will focus on membership benefits

As part of the Radio Advertising Bureau’s mission to serve its members, the organization said, it has appointed Brooke Trissel as senior vice president for membership.

Trissel will report to Erica Farber, RAB president and CEO, and will partner with the membership team to enhance and communicate the organization’s core membership benefits. She will be based in the Dallas office.

She began her career at her family’s owned and operated Omni Media Group, which is based in Oklahoma. She served as sales manager for KWOX(FM) and KMZE(FM) and station manager for KOMI(TV) in Woodward, Okla.

She continues to work as vice president of radio news portal News-Talk-Sports MediaOnline. Trissel’s experience also includes selling advertising and sponsorships at Radio & Records and work in affiliate sales with ABC Radio Networks in Dallas.

The RAB serves over 6,000 member radio stations in the U.S. and approximately 1,000 member networks, representative firms, broadcast vendors and international organizations. The organization focuses on educational, research, sales and advocacy programs that promote and advance radio as an advertising medium.
