New York-based Triton Radio Networks has acquired Jones Media Group, including music-based broadcast products and services company JonesTM, to be renamed TM Studios.

Triton Radio Networks is parent company of Dial Global, which provides national advertising sales representation for over 100 radio programs and networks in the United States.

"We at TM worked with Dial Global for over a decade before selling to Jones two years ago," said David Graupner, president of Dallas-based JonesTM.

"I know the principals — Spencer Brown, David Landau and Ken Williams — to be wonderful partners and great, visionary businessmen who share the same commitment we have to excellent products and outstanding customer service," Graupner said.

Product lines from TM Studios include music compilation libraries and services, production music and commercial jingles.
