Digital audio and business services provider Triton Digital has created Side Channels, a new Internet audio streaming service for clients.
A release explains that Triton will provide up to 10 audio channels for a client. The channels are multiplatform so they can reach consumers on PC, tablet or smartphone. A release explains: “Side Channels helps broadcasters to expand their brand online and across mobile devices with curated streaming audio stations. Any audio publisher can diversify programming, giving listeners access to fresh content, a broad range of genres and more tightly defined formats and a lighter ad load.” Ultimately, the release says, Side Channels will drive “incremental revenue.”
For Side Channels, Triton offers a multiplatform media player along with the play-out network and technical support infrastructure.
