The acquisition comes one month after Ando merged with Spacial Audio.
Triton Media Group COO Mike Agovino said Ando fills a need in the industry’s “growing digital value chain.” Neal Schore is the company’s president/CEO.
Ando says more than 6,800 stations and Webcasters use its in-stream audience measurement service. Earlier this year Ando said it’s developing a server-side ad serving technology, to allow for better targeting of streaming campaigns.
Triton Digital says it supports more than 4,500 radio station affiliates with applications and content. Through its Triton Radio Networks division, Triton owns and operates Dial-Global, a sales rep service.
