Joe Torsitano was named director of engineering for independent talk radio syndicator Talk Radio Network in Central Point, Ore. He joined TRN in July as a staff engineer after leaving Educational Media Foundation, which runs K-LOVE and Air 1 Radio Networks, in June, where he also served as staff engineer.
