Internet audio streaming portal TuneIn has just announced a step beyond mere portality — embedding.
Now users can embed a streaming link on a website that will allow a stream from a TuneIn station to playout on any particular website.
TuneIn VP of Product Kristin George said, “With the new player, users will be able to embed live audio for the first time, directly from our mobile apps and TuneIn.com. This new feature provides a seamless experience to listen to live audio anywhere on the web.”
TuneIn says it is also working on an embeddable podcast linker, as well.
