Steve Tuzeneu, CBT, has joined Townsquare Media as market director of engineering in Grand Junction, Colo.
Most recently he worked for the Abilene, Kan., school system. In Grand Junction he’ll engineer FM stations KBKL, KEKB, KKNN and KMXY, as well as AM station KEXO.
Tuzeneu started his radio career in 1973. He has worked as an engineer for WAY FM Media Group and Salem Communications stations WAVA(AM/FM) in Washington; as station manager and group technology manager for Blount Communications station WVNE(AM) in Worcester, Mass.; as general manager and DOE with WYCM(FM) in Charlton, Mass.
He graduated from John Brown University with a bachelor of science degree in communications-business administration. He is a licensed FCC engineer (G.R.O.L.), a member of the Society of Broadcast Engineers and an extra class radio amateur operator, N1XXE.
