Armando Pérez-Roura, a six-decade journalist, will have his name placed on Univision Radio’s Coral Gables, Fla. studios.
Pérez-Roura, currently the manager of Univision Radio’s WAQI(AM) in Miami, is still active, producing shows and appearing on the air. According to a release WAQI is a highly-rated station in the South Florida market and Pérez-Roura’s shows themselves are highly rated.
Univision Radio President Jose Valle said, “We at Univision Radio have witnessed Armando’s one-of-a-kind career trajectory over the past several decades and are honored to dedicate this studio to our dear friend and respected colleague.”
