Jim is just the 2nd executive director in the VAB’s history and has served the state and this association magnificently over the years. I can tell you that in the days and weeks leading up to his passing, the comments we received from around the state, as well as from outside organizations, regarding Jim were glowing. His work for us at the state level was great, and is work in Washington and on the National level was excellent and valued by one and all.”
