Elizabeth Valinoti is now a legal advisor to the chief of the FCC’s Enforcement Bureau. Valinoti will advise David Solomon on wireless, international and homeland security issues. Most recently, Valinoti was an acting legal advisor to the bureau chief on broadcast indecency.
Valinoti’s FCC career also includes serving as senior attorney in the Media, Enforcement and Wireline Competition (formerly Common Carrier) Bureaus. Before joining the agency, she practiced communications law in the office of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky & Popeo, P.C.
