NAB named Christina Vergara to its Conventions and Business Operations department as director of convention education.
She will work with NAB’s educational partners on the execution of conference programming related to the NAB Show. She comes over from the National Association of Television Program Executives, where she worked for 15 years; her appointment was announced by Executive Vice President of Conventions and Business Operations Chris Brown.
Separately, NAB Show organizers named Bob Sitrick, former senior vice president of live events and special production services at Discovery U.S. Networks, as executive producer for the NAB Show Content Theater.
