Viacom/Infinity Done in January?

Viacom’s purchase of the portion of Infinity it doesn’t already own could close in early January. In August, Viacom offered to buy about 36 percent of Infinity for about $15.5 billion and lowered that offer to just under about $13 billion in October as share value declined.
