American Women in Radio and Television will honor the contributions and achievements of women in electronic media at the Annual Gracie Awards Gala in New York on June 18.

CBS Sports personality and NFL Hall of Famer Lesley Visser will serve as host and honorary chair.

Visser was the first woman sportscaster to carry the Olympic Torch, the first assigned to Monday Night Football, the first assigned to a Super Bowl sideline and the first to handle a Super Bowl trophy presentation.

Additionally, she is the only sportscaster of either sex to have worked on the network broadcasts of the Final Four, the Super Bowl, the World Series, the NBA Finals, the Triple Crown, the Olympics, the U.S. Open and the World Figure Skating Championships.
