VOA Expands Afghan Broadcasts

The Voice of America expanded broadcast services to Afghanistan again.
With increases over the past two weeks, VOA broadcasts three hours a day in Dari and Pashto, and has increased overall hours for listeners in the Middle East and Asia.
VOA says 4 out of 5 adult males in Afghanistan listen to VOA every week. Broadcasts can also be heard on the Net at www.voanews.com.
