WAAF Hosts Go After Hunger

Hill-Man show sidekicks to “rise-up” against hunger

Next week, Dec. 11 to be precise, Lyndon “LB” Byers and Anthony “Spaz” Parziale, of WAAF(FM)’s “Hill-Man Morning Show,” will literally “rise-up” against hunger in “WAAF’s Rise Up Against Hunger” campaign.

The duo will do remotes, separately, from lifts — one on Boston and one in Framingham, Mass. Show host Greg Hill will be in studio running the show. The aim is to raise money the Greater Boston Food Bank, Worcester County Food Bank and New Hampshire Food Bank. The goal is to beat last year’s $80,000.

Byers will be at the Greater Boston Food Bank while Parziale will be at the British Beer Co. Both men are scheduled to be in the air for three days, starting at 6 a.m. on Dec. 11 and coming down 7 p.m. on Dec. 13.
